Mix in a bowl:
1 16 oz pkg rigatoni pasta (cooked)
2 chopped cucumbers
1 onion chopped
1/2 green pepper chopped
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp accent
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
stir and let marinate
